For our guests joining us from abroad, we have reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Aldo Moro in Montagnana from Friday 6th until Sunday 8th of September.

Kindly note we are covering the costs of the rooms, so you do not need to contact the hotel yourselves.

All we ask is that, when RSVPing, you confirm whether you intend to take advantage of the pre-reserved rooms.

The hotel is a 20 minute drive from the venue and about an hour drive from both Venice Marco Polo and Verona Catullo airports.

To get to the hotel, we'd recommend renting a car or booking a taxi in advance. While taxis can be found at the airport, they tend to be priced higher than pre-booked options. Uber is not available in Italy.

Montagna can also be reached via train from either Venice or Verona. However, please note that you will need to take a taxi from the airport to the train station and no direct trains are available from either cities. Further information on train schedules can be found on the Trenitalia website.

For those staying at Hotel Aldo Moro in Montagnana, a shuttle will be available to and from the venue.

The shuttle will take you to the venue for 3:30pm, in time for the welcome drink. Return shuttles will leave from the venue at 10:30pm and 2am.

For those driving themselves, free parking will be available at the venue.

If you are comfortable with driving on the right side of the road, we recommend renting a car for your stay. Cars can easily be rented at both Valerio Catullo Airport in Verona and Marco Polo Airport in Venice.
